Mission:

Director of Project Management provides direction and leadership to the Project Management team assuring excellent client satisfaction through the efforts and responsibilities of the team.  Drive projects that meet or exceed client expectations for schedule adherence, on budget, and timely/effective communication throughout project lifecycle.  Develop and maintain strong client relationships with the goal of growing client revenue.  Continually grow the team by creating opportunities driving the hiring of new talent.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, or a related field from an accredited university.
• 15 years experience in Project Management.
• Previous supervisory/management experience
• Basic knowledge of substation design and engineering
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and processes used to manage engineering projects
• Knowledge of basic business accounting and financial principles
• Knowledge of common project management applications software
• Experience using project budgeting and estimating tools to create project estimates
